As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC®), I help performers build skills & tools to increase proficiency in a variety of cognitive processes and self-regulation skills, effectively building out a “mental toolbox” that is unique to them. My ultimate goal is to enable my clients to be consistent and successful when working with their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, in any context.
